JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our full-time team! Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS)
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Provide local area recommendations and assist guests with directions and accommodations needs
Requirements:
- Prior front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash and payment processing
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy front desk environment
